  • Registered in 1979 by Currier McEwen 'Shirley Pope' has large dark blue violetstandards and ruffled fall petals set off with a white signal at the base of each fall.This is a really lovely Iris producing blue green foliage and plenty of flowers.
  • Flowering Height 70cm Flowering time late May to June
  • Iris sibirca are generally easy to grow and do well in most areas of the garden, they are extremely tolerant of cold conditions.

  • Iris sibirica prefer humus rich, moist soil conditions but are NOT suitable for growing in ponds and should never be submerged.
