Orders can be cancelled up until they are packaged for dispatch.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Our aim is to supply top quality plants and seeds, on time and in tip top condition.

Despite everyone’s best efforts sometimes things go wrong, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to sort out any problems.

If you wish to return your plants and seeds please send them back as soon as possible.

We can only refund if the items are undamaged and in original packaging.
